Following his honorable retirement, he joined our organization as General Manager – Administration, where he oversees administrative operations, governance, compliance, and internal controls, ensuring disciplined and efficient execution across all functions.

Waheed H. Akhter serves as General Manager Operations and has been an integral part of the organization for over 30 years. With decades of hands-on experience, he brings deep operational knowledge, strong leadership, and a thorough understanding of the company’s systems and processes. His long-standing commitment, operational expertise, and practical approach continue to play a vital role in ensuring efficiency, stability, and consistent performance across the organization.

Justice (Retd.) Anwar Hussain is a seasoned legal professional known for his sound judgment, integrity, and extensive experience in the legal field. As Head of the Legal Department, he provides strategic legal guidance and ensures the highest standards of compliance and governance within the organization.

S. A. Ali serves as the Corporate Coordination Officer (HR & Legal), overseeing human resource operations, legal coordination, and regulatory compliance. Having been associated with the company for many years, he brings valuable institutional knowledge and a deep understanding of organizational processes.

With a strong focus on professionalism, confidentiality, and organizational discipline, he plays a key role in strengthening internal systems, ensuring procedural consistency, and maintaining operational stability and corporate governance.
